How to Join a Party Chat on Xbox One

Connecting with friends while gaming is seamless on the Xbox One console. This guide outlines the simple steps required to enter an existing party chat, ensuring you can communicate with your squad instantly. Open the Guide Menu

Press the Xbox button located in the center of your controller to open the Guide overlay. This menu allows you to access system features without closing your game. Use the left stick or D-pad to navigate to the Parties & chats tab, which is identified by a speech bubble icon on the left rail.

Joining an Existing Party

Within the Parties & chats tab, select the Parties section to view active groups. If you have received an invitation, it will appear here with a notification badge.
